24 Jun June Bite Continues for Stan and His Boys!

We expect the June bite to start slowing down after the moon, but it has actually shifted to an all bait bite and gotten even better. Stan Ramey and his boys had double digit stripers and all but one were well over the slot. There were no shorts. The largest fish was just under 30lbs. They also had loads of giant bluefish. Every bluefish came to the boat with at least two striped bass following it! The stripers have turned their attention to picking up the bluefish scraps. It is not clear when this bite might slow down. It could easily extent through the end of July.
