This is the very best monster bluefish bite in the last 30 years! Monster bluefish are just about everywhere in the Long Island Sound. The weather has been perfect and the fish are active from dawn until sunset. The fish are huge (some over 14 pounds) and very hungry. They are crashing the peanut (baby) bunker that can be found in every bay.
Capt Joby and Capt Andy have developed a technique that ensures that if your kid (or grandkid) can turn the reel handle they can catch these monster fish. All the fishing is in the calm protected waters no more than 10 minutes from the dock.
